Incognito is a fictional story of a British plot to assassinate key leaders of the Continental Congress in 1776. Interwoven in the novel is a bit of real history. Incognito author, attorney, and retired judge, Terry Lewis, discusses “The Revolution Within the Revolution” which is the story of how a small band of radicals in Philadelphia used propaganda, subterfuge, political sleight of hand and physical intimidation to overthrow the recently elected government of Pennsylvania and replace it with one more favorable towards declaring independence from Great Britain.
