Tracey joined Trulieve’s IT Operations team as an Operations Specialist in 2020. She brings over 20 years of marketing experience including product development and promotion, balancing multiple products to meet tight deadlines and fostering satisfaction among all stakeholders. Tracey has a strong track record of meeting or exceeding established goals. In addition to roles at Eli Lilly, Sinclair Broadcast Group and ServiceMaster, she has also been an instructor teaching marketing classes at Keiser University and Flagler College in Tallahassee. She has an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.

What drew you to want to work in the cannabis industry?
I have always been interested in the field of medicine and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for several years. I believe that medical cannabis offers great benefits for patients with certain conditions.
Tell us about your day-to-day work at Trulieve?
I get to work with people across multiple departments, facilitating communication, and managing projects. It is fast-paced, and no two days are the same.
What has been your experience working in cannabis as a female?
I am fortunate to work at a company that is open to ideas and supports talented people, regardless of gender.

What is a fun fact about you?
I like to sing and dance around the house…much to my children’s dismay.
