What is the benefit of variable voltage?
- Variable voltage batteries, such as the TruSTIK 2.0, offer different voltage settings that can be cycled through which affect the temperature that the medicine is vaporized at.

In general, lower voltages/temperatures produce a gentler draw and high flavor consistency throughout the life of the pod/cart, whereas high voltages/temperatures produce a more intense draw with increased milligrams per dose. *
*Overuse of high voltages/temperatures can reduce flavor over the life of a pod/cart.

What is the benefit of haptic feedback?
- Haptic feedback is all about the information that is relayed from the device to the user. In the TruSTIK 2.0, haptic feedback is all about more precise dosing. The TruSTIK 2.0 will vibrate 1 time every 3 seconds up to the 10-second battery.

What kind of charger cord works with the Variable Voltage TruSTIK?
- The TruSTIK 2.0 will accept micro-usb charging cords. It is recommended that fast charger blocks (high voltage) are not used to charge the TruSTIK 2.0. When charging, the battery will pulse red and then turn green for 1 minute before turning off when fully charged. Charging the TruSTIK 2.0 from a dead battery to a full charge will usually take no longer than an hour.

How does the battery indicator work?
- When placing a TruPOD into the TruSTIK 2.0 the LED will blink green, yellow, or red to convey the battery life. Each light means the following.

- A blinking GREEN LED light indicates a battery charge of 60-100%.
- A blinking YELLOW LED light indicates a battery charge of 20-59%.
- A blinking RED LED light indicates a battery charge of 19% or less.
