Summer Perk Card: Earn one stamp per qualifying transaction. One transaction per medical customer per day. A qualifying visit requires a minimum $20 spend after discounts applied. After five qualifying visits, customers will unlock a reward for $75 off a $150 purchase. The $150 minimum purchase is calculated after discounts are applied. The reward discount may be used on all products except devices and accessories. Reward must be redeemed by August 13, 2026. Employees are not eligible for this promotion. A medical customer may receive up to two cards maximum during the campaign period. Completed Hot Streak Rewards Cards must be forfeited before receiving a new card.
Hot Streak Rewards Card: The Hot Streak Card promotion requires medical customers to complete five (5) qualifying visits between July 1 and July 31, 2026. Each qualifying visit must include a minimum spend of $20 after all applicable discounts and is limited to one (1) transaction and one (1) stamp per customer per day.
Upon completion of five (5) qualifying visits, customers will unlock a reward valid for $75 off a $150 purchase in August. The $150 minimum purchase requirement is calculated after all discounts have been applied.
