How to Use the Delivery Scheduler
We have added a new feature to make delivery orders much easier! Get to know our Online Delivery Scheduler!
Delivery orders can now be scheduled to be received when it works the best for you! With our new Online Delivery Scheduler, you can now select at check out (for delivery orders) a preferred window of delivery times, between 24 and 48 hours. This way you can receive your medicine in the timeframe that works the best for you.
Login to your patient profile at Trulieve.com with the login information you utilized to create your Trulieve account.
Once logged in, you’ll be brought back to the Shop page (shown below). *Before beginning your order, please make sure delivery is selected by clicking the location icon.
Once you click the location icon you will be taken to a page where you’re given the option for pick-up or delivery. Select the delivery option as pictured below and input your address for delivery. Select the delivery & continue button on the button of the screen when finished.
Now that you’ve selected your preference for delivery, it’s time to shop! You will once again be taken to the Trulieve Shop page where you can browse all available products. Utilize the below product tabs to locate and research different products.
As you select products to add to your cart, a notification box will appear each time an item is added notifying you that the item was added to your shopping cart.
Once you are ready to check out click the small shopping cart icon on the top right of your screen, and then click the proceed to checkout button.
Once you arrive at the checkout page you will be given the opportunity to schedule your delivery out over the following 48 hours. Using the drop down under Schedule Your Delivery Time, select a delivery window that works best for you. Once you have selected your delivery window, make sure to apply any coupon codes as well as reward points you may want to use and then submit your order.
Once you submit your order, a text box will pop up requesting your telephone number for text updates. To receive text notifications regarding your order, fill in your telephone number and click yes. If you chose to opt out of text updates, simply click no. Please note that by clicking no, it will impact the communications you receive on your order.
Once you input your telephone number you will receive a prompt Thanking you and confirming that you have successfully opted into SMS order updates.
Once you close the Thank You text prompt your screen will show a confirmation page with your delivery information. You will also receive an email and text message if you opted in for text, providing confirmation information regarding your order as well as updates regarding your delivery order.
You will receive a confirmation text that your order has been received and another text message in the morning when your order has left the location for the day's deliveries. To further help with the timing, you will receive a message notifying you that your delivery order is 30 minutes away, and a final text message as the driver is pulling down your street so you can have your ID and form of payment ready.
For convenience, all drivers can accept cash, CanPay, and debit card payments for delivery orders.
