We’ve reimagined our rewards program in Florida from the ground up to make earning, saving, and enjoying your benefits smoother and more rewarding than ever. Whether you’re new to Trulieve or one of our most frequent shoppers, the revamped program gives you the opportunity to unlock bigger Rewards as you shop throughout the year.

Below is your complete guide to how the new Trulieve Rewards system works, including tiers, earning, annual requirements, redemptions, and everything in between.

The New Tier Structure

The updated Trulieve Rewards program includes four tiers. Every new member starts in the Tru-Member tier and unlocks higher tiers by reaching annual spend milestones:

• Tru-Member – automatic enrollment
• Tru-Insider – unlocked with $1,250 annual spend
• Tru-Elite – unlocked with $2,750 annual spend
• Tru-Icon – unlocked with $4,750 annual spend

Tip: Your tier is based on your total Rewards spend within a calendar year.  

Automatic Tier Upgrades

Upgrading is seamless. As soon as you reach the spend requirement for the next tier:

• You automatically move up
• Your new benefits and available Rewards apply instantly at checkout

You don’t need to do anything; we do it all behind the scenes. Check your status anytime in the Trulieve mobile app or at rewards.trulieve.com.

Do Tiers Reset Each Year?

Yes — tier status is evaluated annually.

At the beginning of each new calendar year, your tier is determined by your total Rewards spend from the previous year.

Here’s how it works:

If you met or exceeded your tier threshold:
You keep your tier for the full upcoming year.

If you did not meet your current tier threshold:
You will move down at the start of the year to the tier your spend qualifies for.

This ensures fairness, transparency, and a consistent path for everyone.

How to Maintain or Advance Your Tier Next Year

Your spend between January 1 and December 31 counts toward your tier for the following year.

You can:

• Maintain your current tier by meeting its annual spend requirement
• Advance to the next tier by reaching a higher threshold
• Resume climbing at any point — even late year purchases help you reach the next tier

Understanding Points & Maximum Redemptions

One of the biggest updates is how points are redeemed and how “maximum redemptions” work.

How Points Work

• You earn one point for every dollar spent, with many more ways to earn aside from purchases alone
• Points can be redeemed for dollars off toward purchases in‑store or online.
• Points expire 90 days after they are earned.

All points earned prior to May 10, 2026 will maintain their 180-day expiration.

What Are “Maximum Redemptions”?

Each tier includes a maximum amount of points you can redeem towards any single transaction.

Here’s how maximum redemptions work:

• Each tier has its own maximum redemption value
• As you progress, each tier unlocks a higher maximum redemption value
• Members can redeem at the maximum redemption value of their corresponding tier, or at any redemption value they have unlocked through lower tiers
