At Trulieve, we’re always exploring new ways to evolve the experience for our customers. Soon, Trulieve Rewards will be getting an update designed to bring a more structured, elevated experience to how members engage with the program.

This upcoming evolution introduces a tiered Rewards experience — giving members more ways to participate and progress over time.

What to Expect

The updated Trulieve Rewards program will introduce multiple membership tiers. As members continue to engage with Trulieve, they’ll move through tiers automatically based on their activity.

What Happens to My Existing Rewards?

If you’re already a Trulieve Rewards member, no action is needed.

• Your Rewards account will carry over into the updated program
• Your existing point balance will remain intact
• Your membership will transition automatically when the new experience launches

Additional details about how rewards can be used within the updated program will be communicated prior to launch.

How Tier Placement Will Work

When the new tiered experience launches, member placement will be determined automatically based on recent activity. Specific criteria and timing will be shared at a later date.
