Standing with Veterans: Trulieve’s Commitment to Service & Community
On November 11, our nation observes Veterans Day in honor of those who have served our country — and at Trulieve, supporting our veterans is a priority every day. By partnering with local, veteran-focused organizations year-round, Trulieve teams across the country work to raise awareness, expand cannabis access, and provide resources and assistance to veterans.
We invite you to join us throughout the month of November in supporting these heroes. Through register round-up fundraisers, food drives, community events, specialty products, and everyday discounts, you can find a way to give back to veterans in your community.
Why It Matters for Veterans
Many veterans report turning to medical cannabis as part of their wellness routines to support a better quality of life. At Trulieve, we are dedicated to providing informed, responsible access to cannabis and cannabis education.
Connection to community also matters. Veterans can face isolation and elevated mental health risks, and programs that build camaraderie can make a meaningful difference. That’s a key reason why we’re supporting Operation Resilience, a program dedicated to addressing the urgent issue of veteran suicide.
Operation Resilience
Trulieve proudly stands with our veterans to champion innovative solutions that foster resilience, hope, and lasting impact. This year, we are honored to support the upcoming Operation Resilience retreat hosted by The Independence Fund, taking place November 6–9, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The retreat gathers military units to reconnect, heal, and thrive by fostering safe, supportive environments where veterans build coping strategies and accountability through collaborative peer engagement, physical activities, and the cultivation of meaningful social connections.
“As an Air Force veteran, I’ve seen how connecting with others who served can support long-term well-being,” said Jeremy Davis, Trulieve’s Executive Director of Production, and a U.S. Air Force veteran. “I’m proud that Trulieve supports initiatives like Operation Resilience that strengthen the veteran community and honor the values we share.”

Operation Resilience
This year, Trulieve was proud to support an Operation Resilience retreat hosted by The Independence Fund in Charlotte, North Carolina, where military peers reunited to connect with and support each other in an effort to combat the issue of veteran suicide.
“It was tremendously powerful to see the impact Operation Resilience had on everyone that participated in the program,” said Jeremy Davis, Trulieve’s Executive Director of Production, and a U.S. Air Force veteran. “It is an honor for Trulieve to support organizations like The Independence Fund that make such a positive difference in the lives of our veterans.”
