How to Place an Order Online

Open your web browser and go to Trulieve.com Once on the site, go to the upper right-hand corner and click on “Login/ Register”

If you are a returning patient and have ordered online with us, go to “Returning Customer” and login with your email → address and password. 

 

Once logged in, you’ll be brought to the Patient Account Info page (shown below). To begin constructing your order, click on the “Shop” tab.  *Before beginning your order, please make sure your pickup is set to the location you will be picking up from.*  

 

                                             

After you’ve added all your medicine to the cart and you’re ready to submit your order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. This will take you to the page shown to the right. This page will give you a final overview of your order- which includes the order total, the items in your order, and the location your pickup is being sent to. If all this information is correct, click the “Submit Order” button to finalize your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a text message confirming it is ready for pick-up!

If placing a delivery order you will see an additional screen (shown below) upon check out. This is the delivery scheduler, a feature that allows you to select the window of time within 24 and 48 hours that best suits you to receive your delivery. Make sure all information is correct and click “Submit Order” to finalize. There is a standard $15 delivery fee for all delivery order. However, Trulieve does offer free delivery orders to Patients 65 years of age or older as well as on all orders over $200.    

 

What to expect with Pick-Up Orders

1 - Begin by placing an order for pick-up online at Trulieve.com.

2 - Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent. If you opt in to text message alerts, you will also receive a text confirmation.

3 - When your order is processed, fulfilled, and completed you will receive a text message letting you know your order is ready (if you opted in). The text will contain a link that you can follow to check into the location before you arrive at the dispensary.

4 - If any concerns arise with your order, the dispensary location will reach out to you directly.

5 - When you arrive at the dispensary, please bring your ID card to the front desk to complete the check-in process.

6 - All Patients will be helped in the order they are signed in.

7 - All locations can accept cash, CanPay, or debit cards.

8 - After your order is fulfilled, bagged, and ready, it will be held for 24 hours.  

 

What to expect with Delivery Orders

1 - Begin by placing an order at Trulieve.com for delivery using the delivery scheduler.  

2 - Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent. If you opt in to text message alerts, you will also receive a text confirmation.  

3 - When your order is processed, fulfilled, and completed you will receive a text message letting you know your order is ready and what day their delivery will be (if they opted into text alerts).  

4 - If any concerns arise with your order, the dispensary location will reach out to you directly. 

5 - You will receive a text message the morning of your delivery when the drivers begin their route and another message when the delivery is roughly 2 hours away from the being delivered (if you opted into text alerts). 

6 - Delivery orders are based on the most convenient route for all destinations on the route, which does change from day to day. 

7 - Delivery orders can be received via cash, CanPay, or debit card.
