Supporting Better Solutions: Brooke Bennett
Brooke joined Trulieve in July 2018 as an Accounts Payable Specialist and a year later was promoted to Assistant Manager in our Customer Support Center. She brings over seven years of customer service experience at FIS, Amscot Financial and PSCU. She is a graduate of St. Petersburg College.

What drew you to want to work in the cannabis industry?
I loved the opportunity to be a part of something being built from the ground up in an industry that I believe in. The challenge is different from stepping into an environment that is already established. I love constantly chasing the idea of perfection amid massive growth and expansion.
Tell us about your day-to-day work at Trulieve?
On a day-to-day basis, my primary focus is making internal systems and processes in the customer support center better. I am constantly working with our vendors to address areas that need improvement and finding solutions that will improve our workflows and ultimately create more positive patient experiences.
What has been your experience working in cannabis as a female?
The opportunities have been endless since I started working with Trulieve. There is so much to learn and there are so many female leaders within the company, but also in the industry to look up to and model myself after.
What makes you excited to come to work at Trulieve?
I am most excited about the ability to put my experience and solutioning abilities to the test. I get to build systems and implement solutions that produce positive results. Even when the solution does not work exactly as I envisioned, I assess the problem and pivot to a better solution.
What is a fun fact about you?
I love playing video games and I love supporting female gamers. Gaming is another area where women are rising and making a positive impact.
